Here is a 7 point customer checklist to audit your solution.
Context: Your end users probably don’t care if you supply premium content (intelligence, data, analytics), membership/networks, or Data as a Service solutions.
They care about solving problems and driving measurable results.
Use this checklist, based on years of conversations, to review what you do from a customer perspective.
It is a generic list – the job for you is to apply this to your solution. This means running customer discovery and tests to connect with, and stay connected, with your installed base of customers.
This is something I help subscription brands with – here are some case studies.
Governance Compliance and Regulatory users wish list:

Recognising the changing landscape (e.g. AI, Data as a Service)
When I speak with people in regulatory and compliance roles these are areas where they wish they had more support.
Some of the wish list will be solved with AI (e.g. improve search).
But you should know it’s not high up on their wish list. Meaning if you say, “Good news, we have AI search” it’s not the panacea for them.
Your content has to be created in a way that creates “must have” answers to critical problems and use cases.
This is what will drive your renewals, expansions, and acquisitions.
Always has.
Always will.
